Leinsamen, Sonnenblumenkerne, K\u00fcrbiskerne)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>100 g <\/strong>kochendes Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>500-520 g<\/strong> Dinkelmehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12 g<\/strong> Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8 g<\/strong> Zucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>300 g<\/strong> Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10 g<\/strong> Hefe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Saaten \u00fcbergie\u00dfen mit dem kochenden Wasser. Die Mischung abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hefe mit Zucker verr\u00fchren. Zusammen mit Mehl, Salz, Wasser,  und abgek\u00fchlten Saaten verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Mischung reifen lassen in einer leicht einge\u00f6lten und mit Kernen bedeckten Box. 10-15 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teig auf dem mit etwas Mehl bedeckten Tisch in Br\u00f6tchenst\u00fccke teilen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Ofen bis 250 \u00b0C (Ober- und Unterhitze) aufheizen. Auf 230 \u00b0C reduzieren und Br\u00f6tchen auf mittlerer Schiene etwa 20-22 Min. backen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
