{"id":22,"date":"2026-02-13T17:17:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-13T16:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oli-roth.de\/cooking\/?p=22"},"modified":"2026-02-15T16:19:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T15:19:27","slug":"zitronenkuchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oli-roth.de\/cooking\/zitronenkuchen\/","title":{"rendered":"Zitronenkuchen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>220 g Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pckg Vanillezucker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g Wasser mit Kohlens\u00e4ure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zeste von der Zitrone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>22 g frisch gepressten Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Flasche Zitronenaroma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Eier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pckg Backpulver<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>110 g Puderzucker <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 EL Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 1:<br>Folgendes in den Mixtopf zugeben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>220 g Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pckg Vanillezucker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8 Sek\/Stufe 4<\/strong> verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2:<br>Folgendes in den Mixtopf zugeben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g Sonnenblumen\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g Wasser mit Kohlens\u00e4ure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zeste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>22 g frisch gepressten Zironensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Flasche Zitronenaroma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Eier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 Minuten\/Stufe 4<\/strong> verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3:<br>Folgendes in den Mixtopf zugeben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>330 g Mehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pckg Backpulver<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10 Sekunden\/Stufe 5<\/strong> zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4:<br>Den Teig in eine gefettete und mit Mehl best\u00e4ubte Kastenform geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong><br>Bei 160 Grad Umluft ca. 53 Minuten backen (wenn zwei kleinere Formen) und mit einem St\u00e4bchen an mehreren Stellen testen, ob der Kuchen durch gebacken ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Backzeit den Zitronenkuchen ca. 5min im ge\u00f6ffneten Backofen ruhen lassen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 6:<\/strong><br>Zitronenguss zubereiten: 110 g Puderzucker + 2 EL Zitronensaft oder mehr + wenn n\u00f6tig, noch Wasser.
